Some information about the event on the pictures below.
The official tents for the event will be up on the 15th of August. Sailors can put their equipment starting from that day. If you are there before you will need to be responsible for your equipment. If you stay at the campsite you can launch and keep your equipment with you there.
The campsite fee fair for sailors and coaches is available from the 21st of August. If you would like to go earlier you will have to pay the normal fairs. No reservation needed, just show up at the reception of the campsite:

During the week of the 15-21 Aug, the lake will be pretty full, we don’t have the whole space at the launching area. We will have to share with the kites. So please be aware of it and try to respect everybody that is launching.
